These fees apply to refund or withdrawal requests requiring manual execution by an agent within 24 hours of ticket validation. Agent-assisted interventions ensure rigorous processing accuracy and expedited resolution when immediate structural alterations to the booking are necessary.

2. Air Cancellation, Refund & Future Credit Facilitation

Should you necessitate the cancellation of your itinerary or the conversion of your booking into carrier-issued future travel credit, post-issuance service fees apply in addition to the air carrier's stipulated penalties and fare rules.

Operational Stipulations:

• Monetary refunds are administered strictly in accordance with the originating air carrier’s policies and the inherent classification of the ticket (refundable vs. non-refundable).
• Future travel credits are issued subject to the carrier's governing rules and must be redeemed within the mandated validity window established by the airline.
• Post-issuance service fees levied by Myfaretrip are unequivocally non-refundable.

3. Itinerary Modifications & Ticket Exchanges

For flight date/time alterations or ticket exchanges, the applicable post-issuance service fee is assessed in addition to any prevailing fare differential or airline-imposed change penalty. All exchanges must conform strictly to the fare conditions of the original ticket and remain contingent upon carrier approval and real-time inventory availability.

4. Specialized Post-Issuance Services

Supplementary administrative fees may be assessed for specialized, non-standard interventions, including but not limited to:

• Bereavement or traumatic-loss itinerary adjustments
• Medical emergency reprioritization
• Passenger name corrections (minor orthographic amendments)
• Route or itinerary revalidation following schedule disruptions
• Ticket validity extensions
• Resolution of visa-related travel impediments (e.g., UNMR / Schengen complications)

5. Compassionate Exception Policy (CEP)

We prioritize empathy alongside operational integrity. Under our Compassionate Exception Policy, passengers confronting extraordinary personal circumstances may qualify for partial fee waivers or reductions. Qualifying scenarios include bereavement, severe medical emergencies, active or retired military deployment, or disability-related complexities. Each petition is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and substantiating documentation is strictly required prior to adjudication.

6. Critical Policy Provisions

• All post-issuance service requests remain subject to the final adjudication and fare rules of the issuing air carrier.
• Myfaretrip’s administrative service fees are non-refundable once a service request has been executed and processed.
• Itemized fees are exclusive of applicable airline, airport, and governmental taxes and surcharges.
• Fee schedules and policy parameters are subject to modification without prior advisement, necessitated by regulatory shifts or carrier policy updates.
• The conclusive fee assessment will be explicitly verified by our support agent prior to the execution of any request.
