These underlying rules exclusively dictate the eligibility, penalties, and mechanisms for cancellations or modifications. By finalizing a booking, you explicitly acknowledge and accept these carrier-imposed conditions in addition to our administrative protocols.

2. Air Carrier Regulatory Framework

• Certain fare classes are inherently non-refundable upon issuance.
• Where restitution is authorized, disbursements are calculated based on the specific fare brand and carrier tariff rules.
• Carrier-imposed penalties and administrative service fees may be levied for any post-issuance alterations or terminations.

• Restitution is strictly remitted to the original payment methodology utilized at checkout.
• Myfaretrip administrative and booking service fees are unequivocally non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed, barring instances where the carrier issues a full unconditional refund due to a carrier-initiated cancellation.

5. No-Show Provisions

Failure to board a scheduled flight without prior official cancellation (classified as a "No-Show") typically results in the total forfeiture of the ticket's monetary value. Any residual refund eligibility is entirely dictated by the specific fare rules of the issuing carrier.

6. Prorated Restitution for Segmented Itineraries

For partially utilized tickets (where one or more flight segments have already been executed), any eligible refund quantum is determined exclusively by the carrier's recalculation of the unused flight coupons' value, subject to their specific fare rules.

7. Itinerary Modifications & Fare Differentials

• Modification requests must be submitted prior to the scheduled departure time of the affected flight segment.
• Carrier-imposed change penalties and any applicable up-sell fare differentials will be levied.
• All structural modifications are contingent upon real-time inventory availability and formal carrier approval.

8. Carrier-Initiated Schedule Disruptions

Should the air carrier unilaterally modify or cancel your flight, Myfaretrip will act as your intermediary to secure the maximum applicable refund or alternative rebooking option provided under the carrier's policy. We do not control carrier adjudication timelines, refund approvals, or alternative routing options.

9. Administrative Service Fees

Specific post-issuance transactions necessitate an administrative service fee to cover the operational costs of mediation, re-issuance, or refund facilitation. These fees are explicitly disclosed prior to booking finalization and are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed and ticketed.
